When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.


Will i have to pay international taxes & duties?

International taxes & duties will be payed by Hansel & Gretel, The price of the product is the last price that you will have to pay.


I need to change something in my order, How can i do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


Receive a damage item?

Please reach out our customer support team at info@hanselngretel.com and they will assist you resolve the issue. It is recommended to open the products during video recording so we can see the damaged item and provide you with a new one free of charge.
