Refund & Returns 
Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you got your order unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within the first 30 days from the moment the product got delivered.

To return your product, you should email us to support@hanselngretel.com and we will guide you. 

Got the wrong product or a damaged one?

We stand behind our quality, Our quality department check every product before dispatch it to a customer so damage is a rare thing but if you still got a damaged product you will get a new one or a full refund ASAP.

If the wrong product was sent to you by mistake a new product will ship immediately after returning the wrong one.
